Cancellation Policy

At Make A Jodi, we respect your decision if you choose to discontinue or cancel your services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how cancellations are handled.

1. Service Cancellation by Customers

You may cancel your membership or service plan at any time by writing to us at support@makeajodi.com or by contacting our customer support team.

Cancellation requests must include your registered mobile number and order/transaction ID for verification.

2. Timeline for Cancellations

Before Service Activation:
If you cancel your plan before your matchmaking/self-service plan is activated, you will be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

After Service Activation:
Once your matchmaking service has started (such as sharing shortlisted profiles, relationship manager consultations, or any active communication setup), cancellation will not result in a refund.

Membership Access:
If you cancel during an active membership, your profile access will remain valid until the end of the purchased plan period, but no refunds will be issued.

3. Automatic Cancellations

Your plan may be automatically cancelled by Make A Jodi in the following cases:

If false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided in your profile.

If payment is not received or fails during subscription renewal.

If there is misuse of our platform for activities not related to matrimonial purposes.

4. Refunds on Cancellation

Refunds on cancellation (if eligible) will follow our Refund Policy guidelines.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
