1. Service-Based Nature

Make A Jodi provides personalized matchmaking services as well as self-service access to profiles. Since our services involve time, effort, and resources from our team, refunds are processed only under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:
If you have been wrongly charged due to a technical error.
If payment was deducted but service not activated.
If you cancel your plan before the service has started.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
Once matchmaking services have started (such as sharing profiles, consultations, or meetings arranged).
If the user is dissatisfied with the number of matches/profiles (we do not guarantee marriage or specific match outcomes).
If the membership duration has already started or expired.
If the user provides incomplete or false information in their profile.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
Write to us at support@makeajodi.com
within 7 days of payment.
Include your transaction ID, registered mobile number, and reason for refund.
Our support team will review the request and update you within 7–10 working days.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Make A Jodi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
